I have had an excellent experience with Dr.Alano. From the moment I walked in on my first visit, the staff was friendly, professional, and caring. Dr. Alano took the time to really listen to my concerns and explained everything clearly and never made me feel rushed. His treatment is gentle yet effective and I noticed real improvement after just a few visits. The office is clean and well organized, which makes the experience even better. When I was 6 months pregnant I was hit from behind while driving. I could not seek treatment until after my baby was born. At that time I could not even touch my toes and my pelvis had been twisted in the accident. In a few months after treatment, Dr Alano restored my mobility and spine health. Now I can workout, run, and participate in any activity I want. Dr Alano is to credit for this. Cannot say enough about the Coastal Chiropractic Group Center!  Dr. Alano provides the BEST chiropractic care I have ever received, and now he has opened his Physical Therapy Center  next door.  This Center offers the entire package of care!  I have been a HUGE advocate of chiro care, and since needing the expertise in the PT center with Dr. Danielle, I can say that Physical Therapy works wonders!  Everyone is on the same page with your care, which is a win-win!  I highly recommend Coastal Chiropractic & Physical Therapy Center to get your body back on track and moving again!!!!! I’ve been seeing Dr. Mark Alano at Coastal Chiropractic for probably 15 years. Initially he helped me when I had a bout of some significant back pain, and through his gentle but firm adjustments on my back and neck, he helped resolve the issue. I now see Dr. Alano once every 8 weeks for what I consider a maintenance “tune up” which keeps me feeling good. Dr. Alano also fitted me many years ago for some orthotics that go in my shoes which help prevent pain from plantar fasciitis, and I’m still using them. Dr. Alano’s office staff do a nice job; they handle billing and scheduling appointments and are friendly but professional in their interactions with patients. I’m very happy with Coastal Chiropractic for my chiropractic needs. Where do i start? I have been in construction for over 30 years. I haven’t been a cranberry grower with my family since i could walk. That being said i developed a kincka in the base of my neck into my trap and shoulder. I was dizzy all the time. The pain was a 10 24/7. My right arm tingled. Didn’t sleep for years. Couldn’t raise my right arm without excruciating pain. I laid down to sleep and the whole room would spin. I am now pain free for the first time in years. No shoulder pain. Back in the gym.
